How do I log into the system to get to my videos?
First off, you need to be logged in to your account at the GoPlayMusic Network. To do this, click on the "Log in" button at the top right corner of the page. The system will ask you your user name and your password. Once you have successfully logged on, you will be able to access your videos.
Once you've logged in, you will be taken to the Main Menu for the site. Here you will be able to access the various areas of the web site.
Library - the library is the master listing of all the videos that you can access with your membership. This includes videos you have purchased life time access for, rentals, subscriptions, etc.
Play List - The Play list is a subset of videos in the Library. The items in the Play List are the ones that you are currently watching or have marked to be watched.
Forum - The forum is a discussion area where you can post questions, participate in discussions and find additional documentation and news.
Store - The store is the complete catalog of videos and lessons available on the site
Support - This takes you to the support forum where you can find answers to common problems as well as post support issues.
How to Use the Site - The How To section allows you watch a series of tutorial videos on using the various components of the web site.
Contact us - Need to reach us or have a question. The Contact Us button will allow to send us a message.
How do I find my videos?
To find and play a video, go to the "Library" area of the GoPlayMusic Network. This will display the videos you have access to. At this point, you can get more information about the video lesson, play the video or just add it to your play list.
How do I play one of my videos that I've purchased?
When you click on play for a video from your Library or Play List, the cover page is displayed, there will also be a button that says “Play All” on the cover page that will allow you to play the entire video from the start. As you watch each chapter, it will be highlighted in the window on the right-hand side of the page
How do I play individual chapters?
You can also play individual chapters of the video. When you select a DVD from your list of purchased videos, it will display a list of the chapters on the right side of the MyDVD page.
To play an individual chapter just click on the play button in front of the chapter name. The chapter will take a few moments to load and validate your access. When the chapter starts to play, it will display a pause button in front of the chapter name in the chapter list area on the right hand side of the page.
To pause the video, you can click on the pause button.
How do I control the video as it plays?
When the chapter begins to play, a player control bar will display below the video.
This player control bar allows you to fast forward, rewind, pause, or stop the video.
It also contains a button to enlarge the video to full screen size.
To return to normal size, just press the “ESC” button on your keyboard.
Can I restart my video where I last left off at?
Absolutely! In the chapter window, you will see a progress bar under the chapter showing how much of that chapter you've watched. The resume watching where you left off, just click on the play button for the chapter.
How can I get access to bonus files that come with the videos?
Many of the the GoPlayMusic Network videos include bonus files including play along MP3s, lesson books, sheet music and the like. These bonus files can be easily displayed or downloaded to your computer.
Downloadable bonus files are listed in the lower right-hand side of your Lesson Player page when you select a video.
To display or download a bonus file, select the file you want to open and then left click on the file name. When you click on a file, it will open a new window that will allow you to either open the file with the appropriate viewer or download the file to your computer.
Note: you must have a compatible viewer installed on your system to view the file. For example, a PDF file for sheet music will require you to have a PDF viewer application installed. You also need to make sure that you have pop ups enabled for the web site.
What types of downloadable bonus files are supported?
MP3 files for music and play along audio files – requires an audio player such as Windows Media player or similar
PDF files for sheet music and books – requires a PDF viewer such as Adobe's Acrobat Viewer or similar
MP4 files for bonus downloadable video files – requires a video player such as Apple's Quicktime player
